Yellow Zebra, dissolved

First of all, go through this page (Google Translate if you wanna know the gist of it - don't worry, it makes sense most of the time; heck, even the url gave it away).

So with this, I guess the rumour that I heard of this year being the last M1 was true after all.

Now to be honest I've only watched a couple of the M1 series video, and even then, I hadn't then know that they were produced by Yellow Zebra. But the circle itself, on the other hand...

That feel when...

You have a lot of posts in your backlog which you had planned on publishing, but they end up in there so long that you've even forgotten why you started writing them in the first place.

I know it's not as if I have deadlines and schedules to follow here, but I like to put up some writing every once in a while. At least it puts forward what I have in mind - perspectives, ideas, and whatnot - in light so that I could review it and get myself to do more thinking.

...or something like that. Figured out that it's better to throw out some thoughts than to let it stagnate in the nook and crannies of the brain, mm?

I love kemonomichi's Patchy. Heck, I love kemonomichi's style in general: the rough sketch style, the makeup (on the characters)... those lips

On the other hand, I feel like putting aside those rants (not that I have much to rant about now anyway) and move on to a subject which has long interest me (you know what it is). Still, some would be more 'itsa me!' perspective rather than a thoughtful analytical(?) writing... but that's fine and all, mm?

I might even bring back to dead some of those old forgotten posts. Wait for it...

I noticed a lack of writings from the regular dudes and dudettes. So...

obligatory How are you doing?

Animals go to heaven

I've just received news yesterday that two of the kittens at our house have died. One apparently died due to some sort of disease (snake bite seems to be the culprit), whereas the other one - on the day after that - died after being ran over.

No I do not want to inquire who it was that ran him over. Let bygones be bygones.

The best thing about animals: they don't argue on what would happen in the life afterward. So now both of them have passed on, to become one with nature, where they are to fertilize any flowers which you could care to name.

We're going to miss you Elgee and Lucky.

Though thousands of lives disperse and die, these flower ever blossom
Again and again in countless cycles, like a faint dream

I had 回路-kairo- on loop all day long

Without going into much details, I've let it all go. I've let all those nasty things out of my system. And it feels good.

Friends are awesome. Cherish them, and live a happy life.

Otherwise translated as : All is right with the world

Take care, friends.

Carpe diem - seize the day.

Seize the day, boys

I sincerely believe that anyone who is really into something - who is really passionate about it - and who knows what they are doing, no matter how mediocre (or poor) the starting is, should be encouraged.

Or at the very least, stop giving them the evil eyes or snide remarks just because they're doing something different. Or are you jealous because you can't do the same thing, mm?

A 9-5 life in Gombak: The wait

Currently I'm working part-time at a consulting agency for engineering geology while I awaits for some progress on my Master application. Things are going pretty well, but it's been so long since when I first applied that I've somewhat lost the momentum in terms of researching.

Going through literatures and papers is in order, it seems, to get the flame flickering again, like.

A funky philosophical ride after a dose of shroom

You know, I had my dose of 'shroom just now, and right there, while reading Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything (it's a mighty good book - I'd recommend everyone to read it), I began to ponder the philosophical question of human existence:

Mushroom - it's good for you!
